Rental procedure
Before you can actually visit a property you must subscribe as a house hunter on our website through "Sign Up". Subscribtion is free of charge. After you submit you are able to make an appointment. After the showing you decide if you are interested in the property. The estate agent will guide you through the procedures. If the owner in principal agrees, the rental agreement will be made out. Finance
Before signing the rental agreement and exchange of keys, we must have received full payment of the amounts due as stated in our rental invoice. This invoice includes:
- first month rent
- agreed deposit (0 upto 3 months)
- estate agent fee (1 mont rent + 19% vat)
