One of the reasons to outsource your property management is the ease of enjoying the return on your investment without worries. For people who are living abroad temporary, outsourcing the care of their house will prevent bothering family and friends with the management of your property, and moreover you can be sure that your home is managed professionally.
There are two possibilities of management, administrative management and complete management. We charge 6% (excluding VAT) over the collected rent for administrative management and 8% (excluding VAT) over the collected rent for complete management.
Our services for administrative management are:
- collecting rent;
- reminding tenants if rent is not paid timely;
- guidance on legal assistance for permanent default / evacuation;
- implementation of yearly rent increases.
Additional services in the complete management are:
- inspection and settlement at the end of the lease;
- serve as first contact for tenants.
Other services will be settled in consultation with you.
